Responsibilities and Duties

 

Manage in-person pop-ups at Husky Team Store and a WSU Store (TBD) before and during all home football games. 

We are looking for two separate team members; one in Seattle and one in Pullman.

 

• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Able to understand the product, pricing, creative and be confident with necessary jewelry knowledge
• Promote brand awareness through company’s brand policies and sale procedures
• Follow all administrative and financial procedures
• Able to use Shopify POS
• Willing and flexible to respond positively to changing business needs and get involved with whatever needs to be done to deliver great service
• Ensure security and safety of all fine jewelry
• Must have a professional appearance.  Will be outlined during interview.
• Additional tasks may be added and will be clearly outlined.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be available at least 3 hours before each Husky and Cougar home football game through the end of the game.  There are also additional events throughout the summer and football season.
• Energetic and highly motivated, able to work at a very fast pace
• Exceptional level of attention to detail, ability to multi-task
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• People person, fun to be around
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in retail/sales
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for 10+ hours

Compensation:

$20/hour or trade
