Return and Refund Policy

Allison Claire Return Policy 

Once you’ve received your order, you have three calendar days to return the item from the date you receive it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must be in the original packaging, and you must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for shipping your item. Please email info@allisonclaire.com to obtain the address to return the product.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you if you are eligible for a refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Refund time varies depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
